Then & there Comãnd was Given to the afsd Sherf. yt he Sho’ld make to come before our afsd Justices att Kent afsd twelve free & Lawfull men of ye vesue [?] or Countÿ [illegible]hich &ca The Same Daÿ was Given unto the Sd John Johnson att which Daÿ before the Justices afsd att Kent Countÿ Court afsd Came the afsd John Johnson in his prper person under the Custodÿ of the afsd Sherf who then returned the pañell & names of ye Jurÿ That is to Saÿ Edward Plaster, Nicholas Marseÿ, Thomas.
