      Rivr: in Said Countÿ within the Jurisdiction of this Court he was Law=
  =   fullÿ possessed of one Graÿ mare with a Switch taile branded wth these =
      Charractrs on the near Side WS but Somewhat blocked, price twelve ~
      hundred pounds of tobo and being thereof possessed as aforesd the Said ~
      mare out of his hands & possession Causually lost; which beast afterwards
      that is to Saÿ on the 10th Daÿ of August anno Dñi 1702 att Chestr Rivr ~
      aforesaid to ye hands & possession of ye aforesaid Samuel | bÿ finding ) Came ~
      notwithstanding ye Said Samuel well knowing ye mare aforesd to be ye prpr
      goods of him ye Said Isaac & to ye Said Isaac of right to appertaine and
      belong but Craftilÿ & fraudulentlÿ Deviceing & Intending him ye Said Isaac
      in that behalfe to Deceive & Defraud ye aforesaid mare unto ye Said Isaac
      alltho’ | often Demanded ) he hath not Delivered but ye aforesd mare thats
      to Saÿ on ye 20th Daÿ of Sepbr anno Dñi 1702 att Chester River aforesd
      to his one prpr use & Service hath Disposed and Converted to ye Damage
      of the Said Isaac 2400ls tobo and thereupon he brings this Suit ~    ~~

                And now here this twentÿ fifth Daÿ of November Comes the Said
      Defendt Bÿ Richd Macklin his attrÿ and praÿs leave to Imprle thereunto
      untill next Court which Granted him, & ye Same Daÿ is Given ye pltf
      allsoe, att which Said next Court to witt the twentÿ Sixth Daÿ of Jarÿ
      anno Dñi 1703/2 both prties appeared to Said action and thereupon it was
      Continued untill next Court att which Said next Court vizt on ye twentÿ
      third Daÿ of March in Do anno both prties haveing appeard againe
      and thereupon this Case was farther Continued untill next Court att
      att which next Court vizt one twentÿ Second Daÿ of August June ~
      anno Dni 1703 both prties haveing apeard this Cause was ~~
