      the force & Injurÿ when &c^a. & for plea Saÿeth that the Said Marÿ wⁿ
       Sole to witt in the ÿears 1700 & 1701 att Kentÿ w^thin the Jurisdiction of this
       Court Indebted to y^e Said William in a far larger Sum^e of moneÿ then four
        pounds Sixteen Shill^gs & Sixpence | the Demand in the pltfs Declⁿ ) as an acc^t
        hereunto annexed & here in Court p^rduced amõunting to the Sum^e amõunting to
        the Sum^e of Eight pounds Eight pence Curr^t moneÿ the Same appears =

        him in Discount of y^e afs^d 4^ls: 16^s: 6^d in the pltfs Declⁿ. mentioned according

      ought not to be bar’d from haveing their accõn afores^d because theÿ Saÿ y^t She
      Said Marÿ when Sole Did not Stand Indebted ~~[illegible]~~ as y^e Def’d^ts in their plea hath
      alledged & therefore praÿs Judgm^t fo^r their Debt & Cost &c^a: Earle p^r q^r ~~
           This accõn being Continued & Imp^rled from Court to Court Since 7^ber
           Court 1702 Untill this p^rsent Court being the twentÿ fifth daÿ
           of Aug^t in the Second year of her Majesties Reigne annoq Dñi 1703
        And now here this Daÿ & year afores^d being the twentÿ fourth Daÿ
      of August anõq Dñi 1703 ; The pleadings and allegation being heard And
      maturelÿ Deliberated bÿ the Court, It is bÿ the Justices Considre’d That
      The Said William Whitehead ~~pltf^s~~ Def^t. Doe Discount fo^r the Said Debt
      | according to acc^t. ) w^th: the Said pltfs Allx^r Graves & ux^r and | then ) That the
      Said Def Doe Goe thereof | as to y^e p^rmisses ) w^th: out Daÿ &c^a, as allsoe that the
      Said Def^t. Doe recover from the Said plfs as well the Sum^eof fiftÿ
      pounds of tob^o for a nonsuit as the Sum^e of two hundred Sixtÿ and
