      Gain Saÿ the Plant^f in the afore Said accõn, and is therefore willing that
      Judgm^t be Granted to y^e Declⁿ afores^d & Soe [?] Itr^d &c^a~

        The Said Sam^ll. Taÿlor recover ag^t the Said John Loÿd as well the Su^m
        of Seaven hundred & twentÿ pounds of tob^o Debt, as the Sum^e of
