      Tylliard late of Kent County being attached for ye. use of Mr.
      Elias King and Annexed to Said writt Vizt. ~
      To Eleven barrows and one Sow, to three yearlings one —
      Two year old. to one Cow to one Large Brass Kettell 1 Small do=
      1 Kettell. to one pottell Tankard to Nine pewter plates three —
      Porringers. to one feather bed four pillows To three Sheets. 1 rug =
      two blankets. to one Small Pewter dish one tin funnell To four
      tin pans one pewter Chamber pott to one Mare one Iron pott
      to one pr. of fire tongs one box Iron one Chaffing dish Two—
      Rundletts to one pr. of bellows to one womens Saddell to a—
      prcell of Meat to A prcell of Corn to one Chest two pailes to —
      one Piggen 1 Sifter ~
                               Of which Said goods and Chattells ye. Plaintf —
      ( Leaving the bench ) by Richd. Macklin his Attry prays Judgt:
      for Condemnn of the prmises for as much as none hath appeard
      to Shew Cause &ca. It is therefore Considered by the Court here this –
      twenty third day of March 1702 yt. the Sd. Elias King have –
      Condemnation thereof According to Act of Assembly ~ ~
