      Confesseth Judg^t. for y^e. debt and Cost~ It is therefore Considered by the Court here
      this twenty third day of March anno Dmⁱ 1702 y^t. the S^d. Edward Stevenson—
      recover against the Said W^m. Collins as well the Sume of two hundred
      Sixty Seven pounds of tobacco y^e. debt afd as the Sume of
                                    pounds of tobacco Cost of Suit and y^e. Def^t. in mercy &[c^a.]

	John Hawkins Sen^r.	\| her Majtys writt of Scire facias having Issued ag^t:
	a^t	\| the Sd Def^t: upon a Judg^t: obtained by the Said Plf
	Elias Robinson~	\| a^t the Said Defend^t: on the Twenty Sixth day of
		March which was in the year of our Lord 1700 —

      for y^e. Sume of four hundred Seventy one pounds of tobacco debt &
      two hundred and thirty nine pounds of tobacco Cost the Sher^f makes retⁿ
      hereof Endorsed Nihill Per John Hawkins Sher^f. and the Sher^f having —
      made retⁿ. of one other writt endorsed as afd the plaint^f by R. Macklin his –
      Att^ry prays affirmation of the Judg^t. afd –
             third         It is therefore Considered by the Court here this twenty
      ~~Fifth~~ ^ day of March Anno 1702 that the Judg^t. afd be affirmed unto
         the plaint^f And that the Said John Hawkins Sen^r. have Execution
      ag^t. the Said Elias Robinson as well for the Debt and Cost in the
      Judg^t. afd Specifyed as the Sume of
                pounds of tobacco Cost of Suit Accrewing upon this writt of
      Scire facias and Affirmation of the Judg^t: afd ~    ~

        pounds of tobacco Cost upon a Judg^t. obtained by the s^d. Plaint^f a^t the S^d
        Def^t. in this her Majty’s Court.    the Sher^f Makes retⁿ hereof Endorsed

     twenty four pds of tobacco Debt and four hundred and forty Seven—
     pounds of tobacco Cost of Suit~ On the twenty fourth day of March

             I do hereby certify to the Justices within mencõned y^t. I have –
     Attached of the goods and Chattells of the within mencõned John Jones ~
