	John Hamer ~	\| The Plaint^f by Richard Macklin his Attorney having
	a^t	\| brought his accõn ag^t. the S^d. Def^t for the Sume of
	John Jones ~	\| Two thousand four hundred pounds of tobacco upon a
		Specialty ~ Avers to the Court that he hath complyed

      with the act. of Assembly in order for an Attachm^t: and therefore —
      prays y^t. one May unto him be granted for his debt afd and Cost of
      Suit. Which being by the Court Enquired off and found to be true it is by
      them Considered that the Said John Hamer recover against the Said
      John Jones as well the Sume of two thousand four hundred pounds of
      tobacco the debt afd As the Sume of two hundred and two pounds of
                                                                                      &c^a.
      tobacco Cost of Suit to be Levyed against the goods ^ of the S^d. Def^t.
      by way of Attachm^t: according to Act of Assembly ~ ~
