      for 2400^lb tob^o. and the Said writt being Issued the Sher^f makes retⁿ-
      thereof Endorsed Cepi Corpus: and the S^d. W^m. Appearing is Comitted
      into Custody of the Sher^f for want of bayle ~ and y^e. Cause Cont^d. til next Co^rt.

      Considered by the Court y^t. M^r. Wroths bayle be accepted for ditto Tonnard
      And the Said James Wroth comes into Court and Acknowledgeth himself
      to be holden and Justly indebted unto the plaint^f in the Sume of 2400^lb according
      to Act of Assembly and upon y^e. Condition therein contained ~ ~ ~ ~
      & y^e. df^t with leave Imp^rle untill next Court ~
