John Worth |    als dicts John Worth of Kent County Planter for yt. he the -

     Said John Worth the twentyeth day of July Anno Dmi 1702

     At Chester upper hundred within the Jurisdiction of this Court
      being legally Required by Wm. Bateman Cunstable of the afd —
      hundred to give a true list from hunder his hand of all his —
      Taxables prsons within his family did refuse and deny to give Such
      A list and Account of his Taxables prsons within his family but
      one William Worth Son of him the afd John Worth of the age of
      Sixteen yeares and upward and one of his the first mencoñed —
      Jno. Worths family he did Conceale agt. the peace of our Sovñ
      Lady the Queen and agt. the form of the act of Assembly in that case
      Made and provided.    And the abovesd. was Endorsed thus vizt:
                          Billa vera Thos: Piner foreman—
        And now here this twenty third day of March Anno 1702 —
       The Sd. John worth being called to the barr Submitts to the Court
       Upon the indictmt. afd .
             It is therefore Considered by the Court here this Same day yt. th Sd:
      John Worth be fined according to Act of Assembly and pay all
      fees accruing~            & ye. Sd Jno. Comitted for do. fees ~ ~

      at |    his Taxable prsons named James Wilson~ Submitted to-
James Wilson |    the Court And is fined According to Law~ ~
