        her Att^ry prays Speciall bayle thereto which being grted
        John Fannen Comes into Court and undertakes for the S^d-
        Rich^d. Seckle As special bayle according to Act of Assembly
        thereupon the def^t by Edw^d. Bonwicke his Att^ry with leave –
