	a^t	\| Jn^o. Nabb of A plea of Trespass upon the case as p^r orig^ll.
	Nath^ll. Cleave	\| Cap^s. brought by Rich^d. Macklin Att^ry of the plaint^f and the

                          Sher^fs. retⁿ. thereon filed In this Court May appeare ~
                               Whereupon the S^d plaint^f prays bayle to the Accõn Afsd
        thereupon Comes into Court Emanuel Cleave and becomes bayle to the
        Accõn afd According to Act of Assembly.    And the S^d. Nathaniel —
        Cleave Sayth y^t. As to the Sume of Six hundred fifty five pounds
        of tobacco the ball^ce. of the Acco^t. upon which this Accõn is founded
        he Cannot Say but that he is Justly indebted unto the plaint^f in the~
        Same And is therefore willing y^t. Judg^t. be Entred against him for
        the Same and Cost of Suit —
                It is Therefore Considered by the Court here this twenty Sixth
        Day of Jan^ry Anno Dmⁱ. 1702 that the S^d Jn^o. Nabb recover —
        Against the Said Nathaniel Cleave As well the Sume of Six hundred
        Sixty five pounds of tobacco the debt afd As the Sume of
                                                   pounds of tobacco Cost of Suit and the
        Def^t. in Mercy &c^a. ==========
