        Rich^d. Macklin his Att^ry Avers to the Court that he hath Complyed w^th:
        the Act of Assembly in order for an Attachm^t. ag^t: the S^d Def^t. And
        therefore prays y^t. one May unto him be granted ~
           Which being by the Court Enq^red of And found to be true it is
        by them Considered this twenty Sixth day of Jan^ry that the Said Elias
        King have An Attachm^t. for his debt afd And Costs on this behalf
        Accruing against the goods and Chells of the S^d. Def^t. according to y^e.
        Said Act of Assembly ~    & the S^d plaint^f takes his place
