Daniel Smith |    the Sume of three hundred and Eleven~

//      pounds of tobacco Cost upon a Judgt: obtained ~
        by the Said Plaintf against the Said Defendt: on the twenty fourth
        Day of Novr. Last the Sherf makes retn. thereof Endorsed as follows
        Vizt. These are to certify &c that I have Attached of the goods &
        Chattells of the within Mentioned Daniel Smith in the hands
        of William Hackett two thousand one hundred and Eleven pds of
        tobacco Seven barrells of Indian Corne Two and half bushells
        of beanes and have Made known to the Sd Hacket that
        he be and Appeare &c before Tho Ford and Henry Hynson
        good & Lawfull men of My bayliwick as by this writt I am —
        directed and Commanded ~
                     Whereupon the Said plaintf by Ri Macklin his Attry
        prays Condemnation of the abovesd goods and Chells So
        As afd Attached. Which was by the Court here grted
        upon the Condition according to Act of Assembly ~ ~
