	Flower Walker	\| W^m. Hollinsworth was Attached to answer unto Flower —
	a^t	\| Walker of a plea of Trespass upon the Case for the Sume
	W^m. Hollinsworth	\| of three thousand nine hundred and ten pounds of tob^o:
		due by account unto the s^d. plf as p^r y^e. Same filed in
		this Court May appeare. And the s^d. W^m. Sayth in his —

        own p^rp^r p^rson y^t. he Cannot gainsay the plf his accon So as afd ag^t.
        him brought nor but that he is Justly indebted unto the plaint^f
        in the Sume afd and is therefore willing y^t. Judg^t. be Entered against
        him for y^e. Same & Costs &c^a.
                     It is therefore Considered by the Justices here this twenty —
        Second day of Sept^r. Anno Dmⁱ. 1702 that the s^d Flower Walker recover
        Against the s^d. W^m. Hollinsworth As well the Sume of three thousand nine
                     & ten
& ten   hundred ^ pounds of tobacco the debt afd as the Sume of three hundred and
        twenty Seven——— pounds of tobacco Cost of Suit and the def^t: in M^rcy

	a^t	\| Sumoned to Answer unto Micajah Perry ~~and~~ Tho^s. Lane
	John West -	\| Rich^d. Perry and John Debailihash in Comp^a. Merch^ts: of a
		plea y^t. he render them the full and Just Sume of —

        Two thousand    ~    ~    ~    ~ pounds of ~~tobacco~~ good
        Sound and every way well conditioned tobacco in Casq which to
        them he oweth and from them he unjustly detains as p^r the Declⁿ
        filed in this Court by Rich^d. Macklin att^ry of the plaint^f may at —
        Large Appear. And the s^d. Defend^t. in his proper p^rson Comes
        into Court & Says that he Cannot gainsay the Plaint^f his accon So as
        afd ag^t. to the plf in the Sume afd and is therefore y^t. Judg^t. be Enter’d &c^a:
                It is Therefore Considered by the Justices here this twenty

        Comp^a. recover against the Said John West As well the Sume
        of Two thousand pounds of tobacco the debt afd As the Sume of
        two hundred and Seventy five — pounds of tobacco Cost of Suit

        tobacco clear of all Trash in Casq which to him he oweth and from
