      for the Sume of eight hundred pounds of tobacco being due
      unto the Said Plaintf by a certaine note drawn by a certaine
      Nicholas Clouds upon    the Said Wm. Brereton In his life time
      And by the Said Wm. Accepted payable to the sd. plaintf for ye:
      Sume afd As pr the Decln and Said Note filed in this Court
      by Richd. Macklin Attry of ye. Said Plaintf May at large appear
           And the Sd John in his proper prson Comes and defends ye.
      force and Injury when &ca: and prays leave to Imprle hereunto —
      untill next Court And he hath it the Same day is given the
      plaintf. also. At which Said next Court to wit this twenty Secõd
      day of September Anno Dmi 1702 Comes the Sd. Plf by his
      Attry Afd and prays Judgt. for ye. debt afd and Cost of Suit –
      for as much as the Sd. Defendt. hath not filed his plea —
      according to the rules of this Court which being by the —
      Justices here enquired off and found to be true it is by them
      Considered this twenty Second day of Septr. afd that the Said ===
      Charles Blake recover against the Said John Chamney admr:
