John Hollinsworth	\| John Chanmey als dict^s John Champey of y^e. Same
a^t	\| County Adm^r. of all and Singular the goods Chells
W^m. Breretons	\| and creditts of W^m. Brereton late of the Same
	County planter decd was Sumoned to Answer

        Unto John Hollinsworth of A plea y^t. he render unto him y^e. full
        And Just Sume of ninety five pounds Sixteen Shillings of good=
        and lawfull mony of England which from him he unjustly –
       Detains. And Whereupon the S^d plf by Michael Earle his Att^ry
       Saith that Whereas    the S^d W^m. Brereton in his life time to
      Wit the twenty first day of May Annoq Dmⁱ 1698 in S^d Coty =
      Within the Jurisdiction of this Court by his certaine bond
      Or Writing Obligatory Sealed with his seale As his act
      And deed Delivered and here in Court brought whose date
      is the Same day and year did acknowledge himself to Be =
      Owing and to Stand firmly Bound unto the Said Plaint^f. his
      heires Ex^rs Adm^rs. or certaine Att^ry or Assignes in the afd Sume
      of ninety five pounds Sixteen Shillings Currant Mony as afd
      to the which payment well and truly to be made and done
      As afd the Said W^m. bound himself his heires Ex^rs & Adm^rs:
      firmly by the Said Bond Yet Notwithstanding y^e. Said W^m. in
      his lifetime the afd Sume of 95^lb:16^s:. Ster^g according to the ten^r.
      of the Same bond unto the Said plaint^f he did not pay Altho’ often
      Demanded Neither hath the S^d. Adm^r. In his Said Capacity Since y^e.
      Death of the Said W^m. Paid the Same (Altho’ unto him lers of
      Admdcon in due form of law hath been Committed) And he hath
      been thereunto often required but the Same to pay he hath —
      Denyed and refused and Still doth deny and refuse and unjustly
      Detaine to the damage of the Said plaint^f 191^lb:12^s: Ster^g like mony
      As afd And thereupon he brings this Suit pleg^s. ~ Jn^o Doe R Roe =
             And the S^d. Def^t: by R: Macklin Att^ry comes and defends
      the force and Injury when &c^a: and prays Oyer of the Afd Obligacon
      and ‘tis read unto him he Also prays oyer of the Condition of y^e.
      Same And it is read unto him in these words following ~~&c^a~~ The
      Condition of the above Obligation is Such y^t. if the above bound
      W^m. Brereton his heires Ex^rs. Adm^rs Shall and will Save and –
      well and truly defend and keep harmless the above Named John
      Hollinsworth his heires Ex^rs. Adm^rs. of And from all Manner
      of Damages that Shall or May accrew to him y^e. Said John
      Hollinsworth his heires Ex^rs adm^rs by virtue of A bond passed
