	Edw^d. Bathurst	\| the S^d. Robert was attached to Answer unto y^e. S^d. Edw^d.
	a^t	\| in a plea of Trespasse upon the Case for y^e Sume of
	Rob^t: Parks: -	\| three hundred and nineteen pounds of tobacco y^e. ball^e
		of An Account for eight hundred Seventy and Seven pound[s]

        of tobacco as p^r writt and Acco^t: filed in this Court May at large appear
                Whereupon y^e. S^d Rob^t. by Michael Miller his Att^ry to y^t.
        End Appointed Confessed y^t. he is indebted to y^e. S^d Edw^d. for y^e. ball^e of
        y^e. ball^e. afd and is therefore willing y^t. Judg^t. &c^a.
                Whereupon it is Considered by the Court here this twenty third
        day of Sept^r. Anno Dmⁱ 1702 y^t. the Said Edw^d. Bathurst recover
        ag^t. y^e. Said Robert Parkes As well the Sume of three hundred
        and nineteen pounds of tobacco the ball^e. of y^e. acco^t. afd As the Sume
        of One hundred and ninety and nine – pounds of tobacco Cost
        of Suit and the def^t. in Mercy &c^a:

	Peter Green	\| William Deakers of Said County Cooper Stands Attached
	a^t	\| to Answer unto Peter Green of the Same County of a plea
	W^m. Deakers	\| of Trespass upon the case for y^e. Sume of twelve hund:
		:red and Eighty pounds of tobacco As May more plainly

                                                             p^r M Earle Att^ry of Sd plf
      And At Large Appear by the declⁿ thereof filed ^ in this Court, and the
      Account whereon the Same is grounded which follows in these words viz^t

	W^m. Deaker D^r — to Peter Green Dec^r. y^e. third 1701
	To his Dyat and his Man Thomas Seward four Months	lb tob^o.
	At two hundred pounds of tobacco p^r Month - — }	- 800
	To his Man Henry Green Jun^r. for three months at
	one hundred p^r Month - - — — — }	300
	To nine days work at 20^lb tob^o. p^r Day - - - -	180
	Errors Excepted p^r Peter Green	1280

        And the S^d. Def^t by Richard Macklin his Att^ry Comes and defends
        the force and Injury when &c^a. And ~~for~~ prays Leave to imp^rle
        hereunto untill next Court which is granted him the Same day
        is given the plaint^f also
                At which Said next Court to witt this twenty Second day
