Tho^s: Ford	\| This being an Attachm^t: for the Sume of Eight hundred —
a^t	\| pounds of tobacco D^t. and also y^e. Sume of five hundred —
Sam Wilson	\| forty Six pounds of tobacco cost of Suit upon a Judg^t: —

      obtained by the Said Thos Ford a^t the S^d. Sam^ll. Wilson on the twenty
      fifth day of August Last the Sher^f Makes retⁿ thereof Endorsed
      as follows viz^t: these are to Cert^e. &c^a: y^t. I have Attached of y^e goods
      and Chattles of Sam^ll. Wilson one heifer price four hundred &
      fifty pounds of tobacco in y^e. hands of y^e. Plaint^f w^thin Named
      And Made known &c^a:    And the S^d. plaint^f. by M Earle his Att^ry
      Shewing noe Cause &c^a: prays condemnation &c^a. which is granted —
      he giving Security according to Law ~
