                                         Sept^r. Court 1702
        in the hands of John Long to the Value of Seven hundred twenty
        three pounds of tobacco as by a Schedule hereunto Annext May
        Appeare And have Made known to the Said John Long y^t. he be and
        Appear at the time and place to Shew Cause &c^a: before James
        Willson and Thomas Ford good and Lawfull men of my bayliw
        :wick &c^a: And Also one gunn in the hands of Robert Marsh
        and have Made known to the S^d Robert Marsh y^t. he be and
        Appear at the time and place to Shew Cause if Any &c^a. before
        Michael Green and John Wyett good and Lawfull men of My
        bayliwick as by this writt I am directed and Comanded ——

      follows viz
                     An Inv^ry of the goods of Samuel Wilson attached in
                     the hands of John Long ~ ~
        to one heifer yearling 200. to 3 grubbing hoes 30: to 1 hatchet ——
        Drawing knife and froe 50: to A p^rcell of Old hoes 30: to 1
        falling ax 15 to A p^rcell of Salt 15: to one old payl and Some
        old bowles 40 to 4 tin panns 1 porringer 1 dozñ Spoons 60: to
        one Old Jugg and frying pann 25: to one old box 20: to a —
        p^rcell of Poultrey 104: to 1 old rugg 2 old blankets 2 pillows 100
        to Six pds butter    24: to 2 Earthen potts 10: - - - - 723^{lb tob^o.}
        Now the S^d Garnishees do not appear to Shew cause &c^a:
           And the S^d. John Hayman    Sen^r: by M Earle his Att^ry prays
        Condemnation of the p^rmises which is granted him giving Security
   accord to Law: Whereupon Comes into Court R Macklin and becomes Securty
   Accordingly. It is therefore Considered by y^e. Court here y^s. twenty Second
   day of Sept^r. afd y^t. the Said John Hamer have Condemnation
   of y^e. Premises by fieri facias or otherwise according to Act of
   Assembly ~ ~

Nich^o. Clouds	\| This being An Attachm^t: as aboves^d. for y^e. Sume
a^t	\| of ~~Eight hund~~ Six hundred and Eighty pounds of
Sam^ll. Wilson	\| tobacco debt and five hundred thirty four pounds
	of tobacco cost of Suit upon A Judg^t. obtained by y^e.

      Said Clouds on y^e. 25^th. day of August last ag^t. the S^d. Wilson—
           The Sher^f Makes retⁿ. thereof Endorsed as follows viz^t: These
      Are to Cert^e &c^a: y^t. I have Attached of the goods and Chattells of
      Sam^ll. Wilson one Mare and Could price Eight hundred pounds of
      tobacco in y^e. possion of Nicho^s Clouds and have Made known
      &c^a. as by y^e. writt and retⁿ. filed at Large in this Court May appear
