      Londy’s Exrs. agt. the Sd. Nichos. on ye. twenty fifth day of Novr:

    Vizt:
   Anne Queen of England &ca. to the Sherf of Kent County greeting
   we Comand you yt. you Attach any the goods Chattells Debts —
   or creditts of Samuel Wilson if to be found in your bayliwick
   to the Value of Sixteen hundred and fifty one pounds of tobacco:
   debt and also ye. Sume of five hundred Sixty four pounds of
   tobacco cost of Suit according to A Judgt. recovered agt. him —

   by John Hamer Senr. be four ^ Justices at a Court helf for our Sd —
   County the 25th. day of August last of which he is convict
   And when you have ye. Same So attached or any part thereof
   the Same in your Custody keep So yt you have ye. Same before
   our Justices at our next Court to be held for our Said County
   the fourth tuesday in September next to render unto ye. Said —
   John Haymer ye. Said Debt and Cost and how you Execute –
   this writt yt. by good and Lawfull men of your bayliwick —
   you Make known unto the prty or prties in whose hands you

   Why the Same Shall not be condemned in their hands —
