        and Seven pounds of Tobacco Cost of Suit, the Sherf Makes retn. there
        :of Endorsed Nihill pr John Hawkins Sherf ====
                Whereupon Comes the Sd. plaintf. by Richd. Macklin his —
        Attorney And Averreth to the Court— yt. he the Said plf hath had
        one other Writt of Scie fa retd. as abovesd. And therefore prays
        yt. the Judgt. afd may be Affirmed unto him .
                Which being by the Court Enquired of and found to be true it
