        Said Andrew in his proper prson acknowledgeth in open Court yt:
        he is Justly indebted unto the plfs in the Sume afd and is therefore
        Willing yt. Judgt. be Entered against him for ye. Same. which being
        by ye. Court heard and understood it is by them Considered yt. the Sd
        John Hyde and John Hawkins and Compa. This Twenty Second day of
        Septr. Anno Dmi 1702 Recover agt. the Sd. Andrew Tonnard as well
        the Sume of one thousand And twenty one pounds of tobacco ye:
        debt afd As the Sume of two hundred and fifty five ~ ~ ~
        pounds of tobo. Cost of Suit and the Deft. in Mercy &ca.
