11)       Memorandum that on the 28th day of Novr. in the thirteenth year of ye.
           Reign of King Wm. the third &ca. his Majtys Writt directed to the Coroner
           of Kent County Issued in these words following vizt. /
                     William the third &ca. To the Coroner of Kent County greeting
           Wee Command you that by good and Lawfull men of your bayliwick
           You make known unto Elias King Sherf of the Said County if to be found
           in your bayliwick So that he be and appeare before our Justices att
           our next Court to be held for our Said County the fourth tuesday in Janry
           next to Shew cause if any he have why Execution Should not Issue agt. him
           as well for the Sume of Six hundred thirty nine pounds of tobo. with addll. costs
           of Suit according to a Judgt. recovered agt. him by John Carter before our Justices
           at a Court held for our Said County as appeares by Record of which he is ~
           Convict hereof faile not and have you then and there this writ Witness &ca.
                Of which Sd Writ The Coroner made no retn. at ye. day and place In the same
           contained, Notwithstanding which the Said Elias King Sherf. on the fourth
           Tuesday afd To wit the twenty Seventh day of Janry Anno Dom 170½
           Comes into Court and in his proper person Sayth that he cannot Shew cause
           why Execution of the Judgment afd So as afd recovered against him
           Should not against him be Issueded. And Is therefore willing that Judgt be
           Affirmed
                               It is Therefore Considered by the Court here this twenty Seventh day
                               of January afd That the Said Judgt. and every Clause Therein be affirmed
                               and be deemed as valid As when the Said Judgt. was first obtained
                               And that the Said John Carter May have thereof Execution ~~
                                    And of the costs accruing viz one hundred Sixty & Six pounds of tobo. upon ye. writ afd

    then &ca. as by the Said precept he was Commanded. of which Said

           And A Copy of the decln in this accon having been Sent with the writ in order
           for Tryall, The Defendt. appeares to ye. plfs decln which follows in these words
      Maryland Ss | Charles Lowder als dict Charles Lowder of Kent County was Sumoned to Answer
      Kent County | unto Daniel Toaes of the Same County of a plea that he render unto him
                the full and Just Sume of three thousand four hundred pounds of tobo
                good Sound Mercht.able leafe tobo. and casq convenient which to him
                he oweth and from him unjustly detaines —————
           And Whereupon the Said plaint in his proper person Complaineth and Sayth yt.
           whereas the Said Charles Lowder the Eleventh day of October Anno Domi
           one thousand Seven hundred at Kent County within the Jurisdiction of this
           Court by his certaine bill or writing obligatory Sealed with his Seale as his
           Act and deed delivered and here in Court brought whose date is the afd day
           And year did bind himself to pay or cause to well and truly payd unto
           the afd Daniel Toaes his heires and assignes the Sume of Seventeen hundred
