for such a license shall be fifty dollars ($50.00) and shall
be payable to said clerk, before any such license is issued,
for distribution as hereinafter provided.
(g-1) In Kent and Wicomico counties, the annual
license fee for such a license shall be [three hundred
dollars ($300.00)] $300 and [one hundred dollars ($100.00)]
$250, respectively.

(a) A Class C beer license shall be issued by the
clerk of the circuit court of the county in which the place
of business is located, and shall authorize the holder
thereof to keep for sale and sell beer at retail to bona
fide members and their guests, at any club, at the place
therein described, for consumption on the premises only.
The annual fee for such a license shall be twenty-five
dollars ($25.00), and shall be payable to said clerk, before
any such license is issued, for distribution as hereinafter
provided.
(J-l) IN WICOMICO COUNTY, THE ANNUAL FEE FOR THIS
LICENSE IS $50.
11.
(a) A Class D beer license shall be issued by the
clerk of the circuit court of the county in which the place
of business is located, and shall authorize the holder
thereof to keep for sale and to sell beer at retail, at the
place therein described, for consumption on the premises or
elsewhere, but no such license shall be issued for any
drugstore. The annual fee for such a license shall be
fifty dollars ($50.00) and shall be payable to said clerk,
before any such license is issued, for distribution as
hereinafter provided.
(i-1) In Kent and Wicomico counties, the annual
license fee for such a license shall be [three hundred
dollars ($300.00)] $300 and [one hundred dollars ($100.00)]
$200, respectively.

(g-1) (1) In Wicomico County there is a six day, and a
seven day, Class A (off-sale) beer and light wine license.
(2) In Wicomico County the annual license fee
for a six day license is [$150.] $250.
(3) The license fee for a seven day license in
Wicomico County is [$175.] $300.
(4) In Wicomico County, "light wine" means any
fermented beverages not in excess of 22 percent of alcohol
by volume.
