BY repealing and reenacting, without amendments,

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

Section 9(a), 10(a), 11(a), 14(a), 15(a), 16(a), 19(a),

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

(g-3) In Wicomico County there is a six day, and a
seven day, Class A (off-sale) beer license.

(1) In Wicomico County the annual license fee
for a six day license shall be [$100.00] $150.

(2) The license fee for a seven day
Wicomico County shall be [$125.00.] $250.

(3) In Wicomico County, a person may not hold a
license under the provisions of this section upon any
premises having any direct or indirect connection with any
drug or pharmaceutical, or other business establishments of
a type commonly known as or referred to as drugstore.

9.

(a) A Class B beer license shall be issued by the
clerk of the circuit court of the county in which the place
of business is located, and shall authorize the holder
thereof to keep for sale and sell beer at retail at any
hotel or restaurant at the place therein described, for
consumption on the premises or elsewhere. The annual fee
