(5) In Wicomico County, a person may not hold a
license under the provisions of this section upon any
premises having any direct or indirect connection with any
drug or pharmaceutical, or other business establishments of
a type commonly known as or referred to as drugstore.

14.

(a) A Class B beer and light wine license shall be
issued by the clerk of the circuit court of the county in
which the place of business is located, or by the clerk of
the Court of Common Pleas of Baltimore City, if the place of
business is located in said city, and shall authorize the
holder thereof to keep for sale and sell beer and light
wines at retail at any hotel or restaurant, at the place
therein described, for consumption on the premises or
elsewhere. The annual fee for such a license shall be
sixty dollars ($60.00), and shall be payable to said clerk,
before any such license is issued, for distribution as
herein provided.

(k) In Wicomico County the annual license fee for such
license shall be [one hundred and twenty-five dollars
($125.00).] $250.

15.

(a) A Class C beer and light wine license shall be
issued by the clerk of the circuit court of the county in
which the place of business is located, or by the clerk of
the Court of Common Pleas of Baltimore City, if the place of
business is located in said city, and shall authorize the
holder thereof to keep for sale and sell beer and light
wines, at retail, to bona fide members and their guests, at
any club, at the place therein described, for consumption on
the premises only. The annual fee for such a license shall
be thirty-five dollars ($35.00) and shall be payable to said
clerk, before any such license is issued, for distribution
as hereinafter provided.

(H-l) IN WICOMICO COUNTY, THE ANNUAL FEE FOR THIS
LICENSE IS $100.

16.

(a) A Class D beer and light wine license shall be
issued by the clerk of the circuit court of the county in
which the place of business is located, or by the clerk of
the Court of Common Pleas of Baltimore City, if the place of
business is located in the city. The license authorizes its
holder to keep for sale and to sell beer and light wines at
retail, at the place described in the license, for
consumption on the premises or elsewhere. The license may
not be issued for any drugstore. The annual fee for the
license is $60, and shall be payable to the clerk, before
any license is issued, for distribution as provided in this
article.
