(3)   KEEP MINUTES OF ALL PROCEEDINGS OF THE
AUTHORITY;

(4)   APPROVE ALL ACCOUNTS FOR SALARIES, PER DIEM
PAYMENTS, AND ALLOWABLE EXPENSES OF THE AUTHORITY AND ITS
EMPLOYEES AND CONSULTANTS AND APPROVE ALL EXPENSES
INCIDENTAL TO THE OPERATION OF THE AUTHORITY;

(5)   KEEP A CLOSE LIAISON WITH THE DEPARTMENT TO
FACILITATE THE PLANNING AND FINANCING OF INDUSTRIAL
PROJECTS;

(6)   IN COOPERATION WITH THE DEPARTMENT, REPORT
AND MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE AUTHORITY ON THE MERITS OF
ANY PROPOSED INDUSTRIAL PROJECT, THE STATUS OF LOCAL
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATIONS, AND MERITORIOUS INDUSTRIAL
PROJECTS; AND

(7)   PERFORM ANY OTHER DUTY THAT THE AUTHORITY OR
THE SECRETARY REQUIRES FOR CARRYING OUT THE PROVISIONS OF
THIS SUBTITLE.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived
without substantive change from the first
sentence of Art. 41, § 266M(c) — as it relates
to the executive director — and from Art. 41, §
266N — except for the last sentence of §
266N(a).

Throughout this section, the title "executive
director" is substituted for "manager" to conform
to the nomenclature adopted by the Authority.

13-111. QUORUM; MEETINGS; REIMBURSEMENT; STAFF; PURCHASING.

(A)   QUORUM.

FOUR MEMBERS OF THE AUTHORITY ARE A QUORUM. HOWEVER,
THE AUTHORITY MAY NOT ACT ON ANY MATTER UNLESS AT LEAST FOUR
MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE CONCUR.

(B)   MEETINGS.

THE AUTHORITY SHALL DETERMINE THE TIMES AND PLACES OF
ITS MEETINGS.

(C)   REIMBURSEMENT FOR EXPENSES.

EACH MEMBER OF THE AUTHORITY IS ENTITLED TO
REIMBURSEMENT FOR EXPENSES UNDER THE STANDARD STATE TRAVEL
REGULATIONS, AS PROVIDED IN THE STATE BUDGET.

(D)   STAFF.

(1) THE AUTHORITY MAY EMPLOY A STAFF IN
ACCORDANCE WITH THE STATE BUDGET.
