(Q) SECRETARY.

"SECRETARY" MEANS THE SECRETARY OF ECONOMIC AND
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This subsection is new language added
to avoid repetition in this subtitle of the full
title of the Secretary.

REVISOR'S NOTE TO SECTION: Present Art. 41, § 266-O(5),
which defines "maturity date", now appears in §
13-132(d) of this subtitle; the defined term
appears only in that section.

The substance of the definition of "federal
