Mandatory Dedication

FOR the purpose of permitting municipalities outside of
the Maryland-Washington Metropolitan District, but within
the Maryland-Washington Regional District, to receive
mandatory dedication or monetary fees in lieu thereof for
subdivisions located within the corporate limits.
