AN ACT concerning

Fire Safety

FOR the purpose of changing the title of Subtitle 11 of
the Prince George's County Code, 1975 Edition, from "Fire
Prevention" to "Fire Safety" and to provide generally for
fire prevention and fire safety and emergency standards in
Prince George's County, for the administration and
enforcement of these standards by the County and by the Fire
Chief and his designees, and for penalties for violations.
