Property Tax Credits and Rent Relief
FOR the purpose of integrating the State provisions for

as set forth in Title 10, Sections 10-226 through 10-231 and
Sections 10-241.1 through 10-241.6 of the Prince George's

receiving tax credits and rent relief in Prince George's
County on the effective dates of the State Acts will not
receive a lesser credit or relief than provided under the
County Law at that time; and to further provide for the
adoption of administrative rules for the application of
claims by those entitled to supplemental relief from the
County so as to insure that no taxpayer receiving a tax
credit or rent relief from the County prior to the effective
date of the State Acts will receive a lesser credit than
previously provided.
