AN ACT concerning

Code of Ethics

FOR the purpose of clarifying the application of the
Code of Ethics to advisory boards, commissions, committees
or task forces so as to exclude the members thereof from the
provisions of the Code of Ethics.

AN EMERGENCY ACT concerning

Building Permits in the R-E Zone
(Residential Estate)

FOR the purpose of providing that building permits may
be issued for certain lots in the R-E Zone with access to a
private or secondary rural road, or a private right-of-way
easement.
