Works". subtitled "Public Utilities" of the Howard County
Code to incorporate into the Metropolitan District a certain
parcel of land belonging to Frank and Elaine Adams; the said
property owner being the Petitioner.

parcel of land belonging to Royal Crowning Enterprises,
Inc., Kenneth E. Wood; the said property owner being the
Petitioner.

Chapter 1

AN EMERGENCY ACT, to amend Chapter 24, title "Health
and Sanitation", Article III, thereof, title "Health Systems
Agency", by repealing and reenacting with amendments various
subsections thereof by making certain technical changes and
by amending various subsections to add the requirement that
the County Council and the County Executive approve the
Health Systems Plan and the Annual Implementation Plan
provided hereunder.
