AN ACT repealing Title 8 "Crimes and Misdemeanors",
Subtitle 1 "Animals" and re-enacting same providing
requirements for animal care; protection against poisoning,
injuring, killing and abandoning of animals; procedures
relieving cruelty to animals; requirements for confinement
and restraint of animals; procedures compensating for damage
to livestock by dogs; prohibitions against the keeping or
sale of certain animals and reptiles; procedures governing
other animal matters in Howard County; and providing
penalties for violations of the subtitle.

Effective Date: December 12, 1979.

AN ACT to add Section 18.124(uuu) to Title 18 "Public
Works", subtitled "Public Utilities" of the Howard County
Code to incorporate into the Metropolitan District a certain
parcel of land belonging to James and Rowena Gardner; the
said property owner being the Petitioner.

Effective Date February 2, 1980.

Works", subtitled "Public Utilities", of the Howard County
Code to incorporate into the Metropolitan District a certain
parcel of land belonging to John W. and Charlotte Gardner;
the said property owner being the Petitioner.
