Effective Date November 9, 1979.

Bill No. 47

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments sections
12.202, 12.501(a), 14.409(g), 15.504, 16.601(b)(1),
17.400(h), 19.302, and 21.1204(b) of the Howard County Code,
for the purpose of providing that the members of certain
boards and commissions shall serve until their successors
are appointed and confirmed.

Effective Date November 9, 1979.

Bill No. 48

AN ACT to add Section 18.124(sss) to Title 18 "Public
Works, subtitled "Public Utilities" of the Howard County
Code to incorporate into the Metropolitan District a certain
parcel of land belonging to Marie V. Werking; the said
property owner being the Petitioner.

(Effective Date November 9, 1979.

AN ACT to add Section 18.124(ttt) to Title 18 "Public
Works, subtitled "Public Utilities" of the Howard County
Code to incorporate into the Metropolitan District a certain
parcel of land belonging to Samuel Eugene Long; said
property owner being the Petitioner.

Effective Date November 9, 1979.

Bill No. 58

AN ACT to amend Sec. 16.121(b)(2)s. of the Howard
County Code, Title 16 "Planning, Zoning and Subdivision and
Land Development Regulations", Subtitle 1, "Subdivision and
Land Development Regulations", to add to the dedication of
final plats the requirement of dedication to public use of
waterways and drainage easements and to eliminate
responsibility of the property owner for certain dedicated
areas; and to amend Sec. 16.127(2) of the Howard County
Code, Title 16 "Planning, Zoning and Subdivision and Land
Development Regulations", Subtitle 1, "Subdivision and Land
Development Regulations, to require developers to provide
on-site storm drainage easements and off-site and on-site
storm drainage facilities where deemed necessary by the
Office of Planning and Zoning.
