amended by Council Bill No. 156-77, title "Purchasing" of

the Baltimore County Code, 1968, and by repealing and

re-enacting with amendments subsection (g) of Section 26-7,

as amended by Council Bill No. 156-77, of said title and
code.

Bill No. 130-79

AN ACT establishing a Department of Aging to implement
the provisions of Sections 504, 542.1 and 542.2 of the
Charter as adopted by the voters of Baltimore County on
November 7, 1978 to consist of a Director, necessary
personnel and a Commission on Aging and establishing the
duties, functions and responsibilities thereof, by repealing
Article VII. Commission on Aging and Sections 2-53 through
2-61 thereunder, title "Administration" of the Baltimore
County Code, 1968, and by adding new Sections 36-1 through
36-6 to new Article I. In General, all under new title to be
designated "Title 36. Aging" of said Code.

AN ACT to provide for the issuance of camp permits
through the Department of Permits and Licenses and to
increase camp permit fees, by repealing and reenacting, with
amendments, Section 13-53, Article V. Camps, title "Health
and Sanitation" of the Baltimore County Code, 1968.

for issuance of certified copies of said licenses without
charge, by repealing and re-enacting, with amendments,
subsection (b) of Section 17-56, Article V. Towing of
