AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to repeal and reenact, with
amendments, Section 6-124(a) of the Anne Arundel County Code
(1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 6, "Crimes and
Misdemeanors", Subtitle 1, "Generally", to prohibit certain
persons from engaging in certain activities in public
roadways unless certain licenses have been issued.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal Section 13-338.7 of the Anne
Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title
13, "Planning and Zoning", Subtitle 3, "Alternate Zoning
Regulations", Article X, "Administration and Procedure",
Heading, "General Provisions", and to enact new Section
13-338.7 to stand in the place of the Section repealed; to
provide procedures for the filing and processing of
applications for zoning map amendments, special exceptions
and variances; requiring the posting of certain signs in a
certain manner to give notice of an application for a zoning
map amendment, special exception or variance; requiring the
publication of certain information relating to such an
application; and generally relating to filing procedures for
applications for zoning map amendments, special exceptions
and variances.

AN ORDINANCE to add new Section 12-2304A to the Anne
Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title
12, "License, Permits and Franchises", Subtitle 23,
"Facilities for the Disabled and Aged Persons", to establish
certain construction and maintenance responsibilities for
certain facilities intended for use by physically disabled
and aged persons, authorizing the issuance of certain
notices and emergency notices to require construction of
facilities or correction of defective conditions, and
appeals thereof, authorizing the Director of the Department
of Public Works to direct that certain construction or other
corrective action be performed by the County, requiring
reimbursement to the County by responsible owners, and
generally relating to construction and maintenance of
facilities used by disabled and aged persons.
