AN ORDINANCE to repeal and reenact, with amendments,
Section 13-300.2(94A) and (114) of the Anne Arundel County
Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), as amended by Bill No.
129-79, Title 13 "Planning and Zoning", Subtitle 3,
"Alternate Zoning Regulations", Article I, "General
Provisions and Definitions"; to repeal Section 13-300.2(76A)
of said Code, as amended by Bill No. 129-79, Title, Subtitle
and Article; to repeal Sections 13-300.2(10B) and (113A) of
said Code, as amended by Bill No. 129-79, Title, Subtitle
and Article, and to enact new Sections 13-300.2(10B) and
(113A) to stand in place of the sections repealed; to add
new Sections 13-300.2(96C) and (113B) to said Code, as
amended by Bill No. 129-79, Title, Subtitle and Article; to
repeal and reenact, with amendments, Sections 13-321.2,
13-322.1(b), 13-322.2(4) and 13-323(5) of said Code, as
amended by Bill No. 129-79, Title, Subtitle, Article VI,
"Special Districts", heading "Maritime Group Districts", and
to repeal Section 13-321.1A of said Code, as amended by Bill
No. 129-79, Title, Subtitle, Article and heading, and to
enact new Section 13-321.1A to stand in place of the section
so repealed; to repeal and reenact, with amendments, Section
13-343.9B(3) of said Code, as amended by Bill No. 129-79,
Title, Subtitle, Article XI, "Special Exceptions"; to change
marina use regulations, changing and adding certain
definitions, correcting certain language, providing that the
ordinance shall only take effect if certain other laws take
effect, to adopt certain maps, and generally relating to
changes in and additions to the Alternate Zoning Regulations
relating to marina uses in Anne Arundel County.

117-78, legalizing Supplements Nos. 34, 10-78 and 35, 5-79,
to the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition), as prepared
and published by the Municipal Code Corporation,
Tallahassee, Florida, and making it evidence of the law of
Anne Arundel County, Maryland.
