AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to repeal Sections
13-300.2(10A), (10B), (13A), (15A), (16A), (16B), (16C),
(16D), (19A), (19B), (45A), (51A), (54A), (62A), (67A),
(67B), (67C), (71A), (76A), (77A), (78A), (94A), (96A),
(96B), (96C), (106A), (108A), (108B), (108C), (113A), and
(113B) of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and
Supplements), as added by Bill 46-79, Title 13, "Planning
and Zoning", Subtitle 3, "Alternate Zoning Regulations",
Article I, "General Provisions and Definitions" and to
repeal Section 13-300.2(54), (55), (56), (77), (78), (108)
and (114) of the same Code, Title, Subtitle and Article, as
amended by Bill 46-79, and in all forms existing immediately
prior to the taking effect of Bill 46-79 and to repeal
Sections 13-300.2(52), (53) and (58) of the same Code,
Title, Subtitle and Article, and to repeal Sections
13-343.2(f), 13-343.15, 13-344(a) and (b) and 13-344.1 of the
same Code, as amended by Bill 46-79, and in all forms
existing, and effective immediately prior to the taking
effect of Bill 46-79, Title, Subtitle, Articles XI and XII,
respectively to repeal Sections 13-343.12, 13-343.25 and
13-343.30 of said Code, Title, Subtitle, Article XI,
"Special Exceptions", in all forms existing and effective
immediately prior to the taking effect of Bill 46-79, and to
repeal Sections 13-321 through 13-321.11, 13-322 through
13-322.7, 13-323 through 13-323.3 and 13-324 through
13-324.3 of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and
Supplements), Title 13, "Planning and Zoning", Subtitle 3,
"Alternate Zoning Regulations", Article VI, "Special
Districts", heading "Maritime Group Districts", as such
Sections were in effect immediately prior to the taking
effect of Bill 46-79, and to repeal Sections 13-321,
13-321.1, 13-321.1(A), and 13-321.2 through 13-321.13,
13-322 through 13-322.5, 13-323 and 13-323.1, 13-324 and
13-324.1 of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and
Supplements), as added by Bill 46-79, Title 13, "Planning
and Zoning", Subtitle 3, "Alternate Zoning Regulations",
Article VI, "Special Districts", heading "Maritime Group
Districts"; to repeal Sections 13-343.9B, 13-343.12 and
13-344.1A of the same Code, as added by Bill 46-79, Title,
Subtitle, Articles XI and XII, respectively; to repeal, in
its entirety, each and every provision of Bill 46-79; to
renumber Sections 13-300.2(10A), (76A) and (76B), of the
same Code, Title, Subtitle, Article I, "General Provisions
and Definitions", as such sections were so designated
immediately prior to the taking effect of Bill 46-79, and to
add new Sections 13-300.2 (10A), (10B), (10C), (13A), (15A),
(16A), (16B), (16C), (16D), (19A), (19B), (45A), (51A),
(54), (54A), (55), (56), (62A), (67A), (67B), (67C), (71A),
(76A), (76B), (76C), (77), (77A), (78), (78A), (94A), (96A),
(96B), (96C), (106A), (108), (108A), (108B), (108C), (113A),
(113B) and (114) to the Anne Arundel County Code (1967
Edition and Supplements), Title 13, "Planning and Zoning",
Subtitle 3, "Alternate Zoning Regulations", Article I,
"General Provisions and Definitions"; and to add new
Sections 13-321, 13-321.1, 13-321.1A, and Sections 13-321
through 13-321.13, inclusive, Sections 13-322 through
13-322.5, inclusive, Sections 13-323 and 13-323.1, and
Sections 13-324 and 13-324.1 to the same Code, Title,
