AN ORDINANCE to add new Section l-210(f) to the Anne
Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 1,
"Administration", Subtitle 2, "Personnel", Article II,
"Classified Service", to follow immediately after Section
1-210(e) of said Code, Title, Subtitle and Article, to
establish a personal leave day for all classified employees
represented by the American Federation of State, County and
Municipal Employees, Locals 582, 2563, and 2911 and matters
generally relating thereto.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal and reenact, with amendments,
Sections 13-315, 13-315.10 and 13-316.4 of the Anne Arundel
County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), as amended by
Bill 91-79, Title 13, "Planning and Zoning", Subtitle 3,
"Alternate Zoning Regulations", Article V, "Industrial
Districts", "Wl - Industrial Park Districts", and to add new
Section 13-316.5 to said Code, Title and Subtitle, deleting
certain language, relettering certain provisions,
establishing certain standards for design and development of
Wl-A and Wl-B Industrial Park Districts, requiring certain
buffer areas for certain property zoned as Wl-A and Wl-B,
and generally relating to Wl-A and Wl-B uses.

AN ORDINANCE to add new Title 14A, "Public Ethics", to
the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements),
to follow immediately after Title 14 thereof; to repeal
Subtitle 5, "Financial Disclosure", of Title 1,
"Administration", of said Code; to enact a comprehensive
ordinance concerning public ethics in Anne Arundel County,
including provisions relating to conflicts of interest,
financial disclosure, and lobbying disclosure; setting forth
certain legislative findings and statements of policy;
defining certain terms; providing for the administration of
the requirements of this ordinance; providing for the
rendering of opinions regarding the applicability of this
ordinance; PROVIDING FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF AN ACTING COUNTY
SOLICITOR UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES; providing certain
procedures for handling complaints of certain violations of
this ordinance; prescribing certain civil and criminal
