AN ORDINANCE to repeal Section 15-413 of the Anne
Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title
15, "Public Works", Subtitle 4, "Water and Wastewater", and
to enact new Section 15-413 and add such section to the same
Code, Title and Subtitle, to stand in place of the section
repealed, to repeal and reenact, with amendments, Sections
17-605(g) and 17-606(g) of the same Code, Title 17,
"Taxation", Subtitle 6, "Water and Wastewater Charges and
Assessments", to repeal and reenact with amendments, Section
12-1107(d) of the same Code, Title 12, "Licenses, Permits
and Franchises", Subtitle 11, "Plumbing", to change and
establish certain connection notice and other connection
requirements to public water and wastewater mains available
for service before, on or after the effective date of the
ordinance, to require submittal of applications and
connections with certain time periods, to provide for
certain penalties and loss of installment payment privileges
in certain circumstances, requiring certain notices to be
mailed and advertised, changing certain plumbing permit
provisions, and generally relating to mandatory connection
to public water and wastewater mains of certain property in
Anne Arundel County.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal and reenact, with amendments,
Sections 15-107 and 15-415 of the Anne Arundel County Code
(1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 15, "Public Works",
Subtitle 1, "Generally", and Subtitle 4, "Water and
Wastewater", respectively, to establish certain prohibited
connection to public water or wastewater mains, to provide
certain penalties for properties illegally connected,
relettering certain provisions, and generally relating to
regulations of illegal connections to public water and
wastewater mains in Anne Arundel County.

AN ORDINANCE to add new Section 17-712 to the Anne
Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title
17, "Taxation", Subtitle 7, "Miscellaneous Taxes", to
provide a solar energy tax credit for using solar energy
heating or cooling units; and matters generally related
thereto.
