AN ORDINANCE to repeal and re-enact, with amendments,
Section 1-215(VII)(E), of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967
Edition and Supplements), Title 1. "Administration",
Subtitle 2, "Personnel", Article II, "Classified Service":
to renumber Section l-217(b)(18A) of said Code, Title,
Subtitle, and Article; to add new Section l-217(b)(18A) to
said Code, Title, Subtitle, and Article; to provide for a
certain new position in the classified service and to
establish minimum standards for that position; and matters
generally related thereto.

AN ORDINANCE to add new Section 2-104 to the Anne
Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 2,
"Board of Appeals", Subtitle 1, "Generally", to follow
immediately after Section 2-103 thereof; to repeal and
re-enact, with amendments, Section 13-340.11 of said Code,
Title 13, "Planning and Zoning", Subtitle 3, "Alternate
Zoning Regulations", Article X, "Administration and
Procedures", Heading, "Procedure - Zoning Hearings"; to add
new Sections 13-338.8, 13-338.9 and 13-338.10 to said Code,
Title, Subtitle and Article, Heading, "General Provisions",
to follow immediately after Section 13-338.7 thereof; to
require the zoning hearing officer and county board of
appeals to schedule certain hearings and appeals in a
certain manner and to transmit such information to certain
persons; to provide for certain advertisements and mailing
of certain notices relating to public hearings and appeals
of zoning reclassifications and special exceptions; to
provide for the payment of the cost of such advertisements
and mailings; to prohibit the conducting of certain hearings
and appeals under certain circumstances; and matters
generally related to providing additional public notice of
public hearings and appeals of zoning reclassifications and
special exceptions.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal and re-enact, with amendments,
Section 11-410A of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967
Edition and Supplements), Title 11, "Health and Welfare",
Subtitle 4, "Sanitary Landfills", as amended by Bill 69-79,
to change the fee schedule for the disposal of wastes at
County owned and/or operated sanitary landfills from
vehicles not registered in Anne Arundel County.
