WHEREAS, the subdivision of Snug Harbor borders or
abuts a body of water as set forth in Article 25, Section
161 and has, by a signed petition representing fifty-eight
percent (58%) of the property owners in Snug Harbor
indicated a desire to undertake steps to prevent shore
erosion; and
WHEREAS, it is believed that acknowledging the
existence of the Snug Harbor Erosion District by ordinance
will be consistent with past practices of acknowledging each
erosion district by ordinance;

AN ORDINANCE to repeal and re-enact, with amendments,
Section 1-215, I. F, IV. A and VI. A, and to enact new
Section 1-217, (19A), (155A), (177A), (222A) and (231A), of
the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements),
Title 1, "Administration", Subtitle 2, "Personnel", Article
II, "Classified Service", to provide for the addition of
certain job classifications and standards for said
positions, to establish salary grades and minimum
qualification for said positions, and matters generally
related thereto.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal Section 17-703(b) of the Anne
Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title
17, "Taxation", Subtitle 7, "Miscellaneous Taxes", and to
enact new Section 17-703(b) in lieu thereof to stand in the
place of the Section repealed; to change CORRECT the
boundaries of the Epping Forest Special Community Benefit
District, AND PROVIDING THAT SUCH DISTRICT IS ESTABLISHED
FOR CERTAIN PURPOSES AND BENEFITS.
