Research and Development Districts and to repeal and
reenact, with amendments, Sections 13-343.15 and 13-343.17
of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and
Supplements), Title 13, "Planning and Zoning", Subtitle 3,
"Alternate Zoning Regulations", Article XI, Special
Exception, General Provisions", Section 13-343, "Special
Exception Criteria", to provide criteria for uses permitted
by special exception.

AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to add new Section 13-300.27 to
the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements),
Title 13, "Planning and Zoning", Subtitle 3, "Alternate
Zoning Regulations", Article I, "General Provisions and
Definitions", to follow immediately after Section 13-300.26
of said Code, Title, Subtitle and Article, and to add new
Sections 13-700 through 13-702 to the same Code and Title,
to be under the new Subtitle 7, "Agricultural Land
Preservation Program", to create the Anne Arundel County
Agricultural Land Preservation Program under indicated
delegated statutory and other authority, to assign certain
conditions to land areas eligible for the program to
establish certain administrative and other procedures for
maintaining records of agricultural land preservation areas,
to permit conveyances of parcels of certain sizes to certain
persons, permitting periodic approvals of local agricultural
land preservation areas, and generally relating to the
creation and establishment of the Anne Arundel County
Agricultural Land Preservation Program and agricultural land
preservation areas in Anne Arundel County.

AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to repeal Section 1-216(b) of
the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements),
Title 1, "Administration", Subtitle 2, "Personnel", Article
II, "Classified Service", and to enact new Section 1-216(b)
in lieu thereof to stand in place of the Section repealed;
to provide a salary increase and effective date for said
increase for all employees represented by the Anne Arundel
County Professional Fire Fighters Local 1563, International
Association of Fire Fighters (I.A.F.F.) AFL-CIO-CLC; and
matters generally related thereto.
