wastewater consumption rates in Anne Arundel County.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal Sections 13-300.2(52), (53), and
(58), and Sections 13-343.12, 13-343.25, and 13-343.30 of
the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements),
Title 13, "Planning and Zoning", Subtitle 3, "Alternate
Zoning Regulations", Article I, "General Provisions and
Definitions", and Article XI, "Special Exceptions",
respectively, to repeal and reenact, with amendments
Sections 13-300.2(54), (55), (56), (77), (78), (108), (114),
13-343.2(f), and 13-343.15 of the same Code, Title,
Subtitle, and respective articles, to repeal and reenact
with amendments, Sections 13-344(a) and (b) and 13-344 1 of
the same Code, Title, Subtitle, Article XII, "Site Plan
Review", to repeal Sections 13-321 through 13-321.11,
inclusive, Sections 13-322 through 13-322.7, inclusive
Sections 13-323 through 13-323.3, inclusive, and Sections
13-324 through 13-324.3, inclusive, of the same Code, Title
Subtitle, Article VI, "Special Districts", heading "Maritime
Group Districts", and to enact new Sections 13-321 through
13-321.13, inclusive, Sections 13-322 through 13-322.5
inclusive, Sections 13-323 and 13-323.1, and Sections 13-324
and 13-324.1, within the same Code, Title, Subtitle, Article
and heading to stand in place of the Sections repealed to
add new Sections 13-300.2, (10A), (10B),(13A), (15A), (16A)
(16B), (16C), (16D), (19A), (19B), (45A), (51A), (54A),
(62A), (67A), (67B), (67C), (71A), (76A), (77A), (78A),
(94A), (96A), (96B), (106A), (108A), (108B), (108C) and
(113A), and Sections 13-321.1(A), 13-343.9B, 13-343.12 and
13-344.1A to the same Code, Title, Subtitle, Articles I, XI,
and XII, respectively, to renumber Sections 13-300.2(10A)
(76A), (76B) and (113A) of the same Code, Title, Subtitle,
and Article I therein, to change and create new zoning
requirements for marina group district uses, to change and
create definitions, renumbering and relettering certain
zoning provisions, changing and adding certain special
exception conditions for marina-related uses, changing and
adding certain site plan and other administrative
requirements relating to marina uses, providing that the
ordinance shall apply on and after the effective date in a
certain manner, and generally relating to changes in and
additions to the Alternate Zoning Regulations relating to
marina uses in Anne Arundel County.
