AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to repeal and re-enact, with
amendments, Sections 13-122 and 17-601 of the Anne Arundel
County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 13,
"Planning and Zoning", Subtitle 1, "Subdivisions", Article
IV, "Required Improvements", and of Title 17, "Taxation",
Subtitle 6, "Water and Wastewater Charges and Assessments",
respectively, to change certain performance bond
requirements applicable to subdivision public works
agreements, and to include certain capital connection
charges as liens against real estate benefited by certain
public improvements.

AN ORDINANCE to add new Section 12-1716(c) to the Anne
Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title
12, "Licenses, Permits and Franchises", Subtitle 17,
"Miscellaneous Licenses, Permits and Franchises", Article V,
"CATV Franchises", to follow immediately after Section
12-1716(b) thereof; to repeal and reenact, with amendments,
Section 12-1717 of said Code, Title, Subtitle and Article;
to repeal and reenact, with amendments, Section 12-1732 of
said Code, Title, Subtitle, and Article; to grant to
Colonial Cablevision, Ltd., a nonexclusive CATV franchise
for a certain portion of the Northern franchise district for
a certain duration under certain terms and conditions; to
provide for the effective date of this franchise; and
matters generally relating to the grant of a certain CATV
franchise.

Wastewater Charges and Assessments", AND SECTION 17-711(H)
OF THE ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY CODE (1967 EDITION AND
SUPPLEMENTS), TITLE 17, "TAXATION", SUBTITLE 7,
"MISCELLANEOUS TAXES", to establish and charge certain
rates, fees and changes relating to public water and
wastewater consumption, providing that such changes become
