Plan", to delete the requirement that the master plan shall
be approved by the Internal Revenue Service prior to
implementation and matters generally related thereto.

taxicab changes, to require certain approvals by the
Director, to provide certain posting of charges, and
relettering certain sections.

Bureau of Road Operations position, and matters generally
related thereto.

17, "Taxation", Subtitle 7, "Miscellaneous Taxes", to follow
immediately after Section 17-703(q) thereof, establishing
the Arundel-on-the-Bay Special Community Benefit District,
