AN ACT to repeal Section 611 of Article 15 of the Code
of Local Laws of Kent County (1968 Edition being Article 15
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, as amended)
title "Kent County" subtitle "Sheriff", to delete as being
archaic and superseded by State Law.

Effective Date July 6, 1979.

AN ACT to repeal Section 201-B of Article 15 of the
Code of Local Laws of Kent County (1968 Edition being
Article 15 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, as
amended) title "Kent County" subtitle "Loan for Library", to
delete, the purpose of said act having been accomplished.

Effective Date July 6, 1979.

AN ACT to repeal Section 377 of Article 15 of the Code
of Local Laws of Kent County (1968 Edition being Article 15
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, as amended)
title "Kent County" subtitle "Jurors", to delete as having
been superseded by Courts and Judicial Proceedings Article
Section 8-106 of the Annotated Code of Maryland.

Effective Date July 6, 1979.

AN ACT authorizing and empowering County Commissioners
of Kent County to issue, sell (by private, negotiated sale)
and deliver, at any time or from time to time, its
industrial development revenue bonds, in an aggregate
principal amount not to exceed $8,500,000, pursuant to the
provisions of Sections 266A to 266-1, inclusive, of Article
41 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1978 Replacement
Volume and 1978 Supplement), as amended, in order to loan
the proceeds thereof to Maine Egg Producers, a Maine
corporation, for the sole and exclusive purpose of financing
a portion of the costs of the acquisition by Maine Egg
Producers, of certain industrial buildings to be located in
Kent County as provided in this Public Local Law; making
certain legislative findings, among others, concerning the
