appropriations to fire companies.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments, Article
10, Section 2.13 of the Kent County Zoning Ordinance to
include florist shops and nurseries as a conditional use
with conditions pertaining thereto in a R, RR, R-l or C-l
District as part of the allowable "Commercial greenhouses,
wholesale or retail", of Section 475-B of the code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland as amended title "Kent County"
subtitle "Planning and Zoning" to amend the aforesaid
sections of the Zoning Ordinance for Kent County, Maryland.

Effective Date July 6, 1979.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments, Article
5, Section 1.2.2 of the Kent County Zoning Ordinance to
further define the use of grain driers by the owner being
incidental to his farming operation as a permitted use with
conditions pertaining thereto in a R District of Section
475-B of the code of Public Local Laws of Maryland as
amended title "Kent County" subtitle "Planning and Zoning"
to amend the aforesaid sections of the Zoning Ordinance for
Kent County, Maryland.

of Local Laws of Kent County (1968 Edition being Article 15
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, as amended)
title "Kent County" subtitle "Camp Meetings", to delete as
being archaic.

Effective Date July 6, 1979.

AN ACT to repeal Section 225 of Article 15 of the Code
of Local Laws of Kent County (1968 Edition being Article 15
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, as amended)
title "Kent County" subtitle "Deer Hunting", to delete as
being archaic and superseded by State Law.
