CHARTER AMENDMENT NO. 95-79-2
RESOLUTION of the Commissioners of Cambridge, Maryland,
adopted pursuant to the authority of Article 11E of the
Constitution of Maryland and Section 13 of Article 23A of
the Annotated Code of Maryland, 1957 as amended, entitled
"Corporations - Municipal" to amend the Charter of the
Commissioners of Cambridge by repealing and reenacting, with
amendments, Section 3-3 entitled "Boundaries of Wards",
Subsection (b) entitled "First Ward" to reflect the change
in the boundaries of the First Ward of the City of Cambridge
caused by recent annexation of land thereto.
[Section 3-3(b) of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Dorchester County, repealed and reenacted, with amendments.
Effective Date March 13, 1979]

RESOLUTION of The Commissioners of Cambridge, Maryland
adopted pursuant to the authority of Article 11E of the
Constitution of Maryland and Section 13 of Article 23A of
the Annotated Code of Maryland, 1957 Edition as amended,
entitled "Corporations - Municipal" to amend the Charter of
The Commissioners1 of Cambridge by repealing and reenacting,
with amendments. Section 3-2 entitled "Corporate Limits" of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Dorchester County, 1974
Edition, to read as follows:
[Section 3-2 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Dorchester County, repealed and reenacted, with amendments.
Effective Date September 18, 1979]

RESOLUTION of The Commissioners of Cambridge, Maryland,
adopted pursuant to the authority of Article 11E of the
Constitution of Maryland and Section 13 of Article 23A of
the Annotated Code of Maryland, 1957 Edition as amended,
entitled "Corporations - Municipal" to amend the Charter of
The Commissioners of Cambridge by repealing and reenacting,
with amendments, Subsection (f) entitled "Fifth Ward" of
Section 3-3 entitled "Boundaries of Wards" of the Public
Local Laws of Dorchester County, 1974 Edition to reflect the
change in the boundaries of the Fifth Ward of the City of
Cambridge caused by recent annexation of land thereto.
[Section 3-3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Dorchester County, repealed and reenacted, with amendments.
